The Build

last week on friday I started to build my robot. Its the early stages yet but it is coming along nicely. this is what the base of my robot looks like. The top pictures show my robot with a big grader thing at the front and also the light sensor.

Programming

Well today I am testing to see if my robot can use its ultrasonic sensor to detect if their is another opponent in the arena. yesterday I programmed it to stay in the ring without leaving the arena which means its well on the way to being the ultamate sumo robot!!!!!!

Ultimate sumo robot

Hey im Brad or B-rad to all my mates. I am currently working on a robot that will compete in a competition with other robots. This is a project that I am doing for Yr 13 computing at mbas. I hope by the end of the unit i will have the ultimate robot. I will be recording my progress on blogger.com!!!!
